Aceites La Maja is a family business founded in 1997, specializing in olive cultivation, production and marketing of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Our story
Since 1997, a family devoted to olive growing and the miller's craft. What began as a rural project in Mendavia (Navarra) is today a modern mill combining tradition, technology, and respect for the land.

The Olive Grove
Our harvesting method is fully mechanized. The olives go directly from the tree to the mill, without touching the ground, without bruising, and at the right ripeness.

Production Process
Reception
Olives are washed with sprayed water to remove dust and mud, weighed, and transferred to the hoppers.
Grinding
Using a stainless steel hammer mill, the olives are crushed and beaten at a temperature below 27°C.
Storage
The oil is filtered and stored in stainless steel tanks at 18-20°C under a nitrogen atmosphere.
Our Mill
We only produce oil from healthy olives, freshly picked from the tree, with a cold extraction process (<27°C) carried out in less than 12 hours from harvest.
